HFE is a leading provider of Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ) and offers a Pilates Instructor Course leading to a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates. All HFE Pilates certificates are delivered at Level 3 and are fully supported by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
Most of the Pilates qualifications delivered by HFE are blended-learning, requiring students to undertake some home-study before attending practical training workshops and assessments in achoice of nationwide training venues.
