Offering mat classes, reformer classes and equipment classes with small numbers to ensure maximum results.

We also teach bespoke 1:1 or 2:1 lessons for a truly tailor made session.

A small, friendly team of superbly trained teachers with over 30 classes on the schedule. Open weekdays until 9 pm and weekends until 1pm.
