Our classes are all mat work based at St. Michael and All Angels Church and the ArtsEd School near Turnham Green tube station. They last for 1hr 15 minutes with a maximum of 14 students per class. We provide 3 different levels of classes which allow you to advance at your own pace and offer a choice of times and teachers at each level.
We employ, primarily, teachers who have been trained by the Pilates Foundation. They are all highly skilled and enthusiastic. Pupils are welcome at all levels, including those who are recovering from injuries or suffering from long term difficulties.
