Penn Pilates offers Pilates Matwork and Pilates reformer classes for all levels irrespective of age and fitness levels.
Matwork
Small classes (max 4 ) are held in a small professional studio in Penn.
Bigger classes (max 10) are held in Beaconsfield, Hazlemere and Bourne End.
Reformer
The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for workouts consisting of controlled, flowing movements working the muscles through a full range of motion and so promoting strength, length & flexibility. It can give you a challenging and intense workout. It can also be used for remedial work after injury or surgery.
The private reformer sessions are for 1-2 people. They are held at a fully equipped studio in Penn.
I aim to meet the needs of each client, offering flexibility, variety and progression. Beginners will learn the basics including correct breathing, pelvic, spinal,shoulder stabilisation and how to strengthen the core and back muscles.
The benefits: Flat Abdominals / Improved posture / Stronger back / Increased strength and flexibility / Alleviate aches and pains.
