I am a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and have been teaching Pilates for more than 10 years.
I modify the exercises for all levels of abilities and ages. I teach both mat based and standing pilates.
All my classes are also suitable for antenatal and postnatal women.
I have a class time to suit everybody, working both mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings.
I enjoy teaching small classes, with no more than 7 clients so that I can keep an eye on everybody and progress accordingly.
I am also available to do 1:1 or 2:1 classes if required.
Also, I have a specialist interest in rehabilitating shoulders and pelvic girdle/ spine pain. A lot of people come to my classes and often have flare ups of their shoulders, necks or backs due to life's stresses and I feel fortunate to be able to give them additional free advice or guidance on suitable exercises which help them to recover quickly.
