JK Pilates

JK Pilates is run by Jude Hirschheimer, a fully qualified Pilates teacher.

Jude offers a range of group matwork Pilates classes suitable for all ages, levels and abilities.

She also offers private one-to-one and partner studio sessions at an exclusive studio space within Karma Studios. Sessions incorporate the reformer, one of the original pieces of Pilates equipment as well as small Pilates props such as foam rollers, overalls and bands.

Classes and private sessions are held at Karma Studios, a dedicated Pilates and Yoga studio located on West Wickham High Street.

Areas covered are West Wickham, Bromley, Beckenham, Shirley, Croydon, Hayes, Keston, Chislehust and Orpington.
