Beginner and Intermediate level matwork classes, utilising a variety of small pieces of equipment such as therabands, small Pilates balls & foam rollers. Class size limited to 12 clients.
Machine-based 1:1 & 2:1 lessons take place in the studio, based in Hooley, equipped with Trapeze Table, Reformer, Combo Chair, Step Barrel & Baby Arc.
Rob trained with Polestar Pilates UK and is a REPS Certified Level 3 Pilates Instructor. He has also undertaken additional training in Pilates for osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, pre / post natal and other specialist groups. Rob holds a Level 4 qualification in working with clients who experience lower back pain.
